How it works
You can view certain information about prospective investments but in order to fully review the opportunity you will need to join as a member of Tokenise Pre IPO.
Once you have been accepted as a member you will be able to access all the information about each opportunity.
From there you will be able to invest, simply select the investment and the maximum amount you want to invest.
We work the exact amount of your investment, you provide us with your payment card details for your investment pledge. The money will not be debited from your account until the opportunity has reached its minimum raise amount. You will be notified prior to your account being debited.

It's Pre IPO not Crowd Funding
Investing in companies that have not yet undertaken an initial public offer (IPO) being listed on a stock exchange means that the opportunity for growth could be exceptional.
One of the biggest issues about crowd funding is that there is a lack of a defined exit strategy for investors. With no ability to trade your shares your exit is most likely to be achieved by a trade sale of the company.
At Tokenise we've approached Pre IPO investment from a different angle, we believe that the transition towards admission to a public market should be an integral part of any such investment opportunity.
We look to assist companies that have the capability to raise capital by issuing securities that are either IPO ready or will be in the short term so that they can be admitted to the Tokenise Stock Exchange, rather than expecting investors to wait in the hope of a long term financial success.

We understand that making investment decisions can make you feel a little isolated. Being part of a community that enables you to discuss issues with other investors is important and adds confidence and reassurance to the whole experience. That's why we've teamed up with social media platform VERO.
Each company issuing securities on Tokenise Pre IPO will have a dedicated discussion board on VERO for members of Tokenise Pre IPO to discuss topics about the investment opportunities or post fund raise discussion. In addition, VERO can host other boards for possible Q&As and updated information from issuers as to their progress, revenue sharing, and even admission to trading on one of the Tokenise stock markets.
TO A HIGHER STANDARD
We work with the pre IPO companies from the earliest opportunity, assessing their suitability not just for fulfilling their funding requirements but also for being admitted to trading on one of the Tokenise stock markets. As a result, when we take on a issuing company the due diligence we undertake is to the standard of an admission to trading. This provides greater confidence but also ensures a higher level of transparency as we will make this information available to you as part of the investment pack for each investment opportunity.
Additionally, the extra due diligence undertaken at this earlier stage means that issuing companies are able to provide investors with a better understanding of the proposition and when an exit strategy may take place, with the certainty that the majority of any listing due diligence has already been undertaken to the standards required by the exchange the company wants to list on.
